I am Laura. Mother of two daughters.

I have my own practice in Assendelft (nearby Amsterdam (20-25 minutes), Schiphol (25-30 minutes), Haarlem (20-25 minutes), Alkmaar 15-20 minutes).

I work with reflex integration, cranio movements, energy work and other methods.

 I  work with trauma, emotional challenges, motor problems, body challenges or schoolissues etc.

Its a combination of certain points in the body, meridians, chakra's, but also basistraining (with reflex integration). It feels like a massage sometimes and gives a more peaceful mind feeling.

You just need some help during travelling?

I know, from my own experience, that sometimes during travelling your body reacts and gives pain or tension. Sometimes because of different beds, longer sitting in the car and sometimes because of stress before you went on holiday. Our body wants to recover during our holiday and often needs help to do this. If you want an appointment so you can travel further in our country with less pain and or stress contact me. I will try to help you as soon as possible.

My English is not amazing but I can speak it good enough to work with someone.
